Delta launches online check-in via Facebook




As we can clearly see in the photos above, delta is an American airway which actively engaged its customers via facebook.


There are always a lot of people talking about each post from delta on facebook and delta staff keeps being very much involved in the conversations with people comment on its posts.


Delta uses facebook to know what customer want, let them suggest, even vote, and the most exciting thing for fans is delta makes their suggestions come true! From March 2011, people can do online check- in on facebook.


What makes delta different is delta is using facebook to sell. As it shows in the photo above, you just need to click “get started” on the facebook page, you can purchase fight tickets and other services.


Delta is perfect example of managing customer relationship with social media.
