New Tech Trends Will Definitely Influence Your Event

In the epoch of ubiquitous technology, event professionals are always looking for some new techs which can not only assist the events with planning and execution, but also serve as a new feature to attract visitors. Here are some global tech trends that will influence event running and be widely applied in the near future.

1.Anonymity Services

Continuously exposure of private information leaks has made the world feel a sense of unsecure and distrust in social media and social networks. In consequence, users begin turning to the apps and services that are on the basis of anonymity to conceal their activities.
As for events, it can be applied to the audience interaction app. The app, established by the event host, allows visitors and audience make interaction with the organizer anonymously, eliminates their fear of private information leakage, in the meanwhile, increases the participants’ engagement in the event.

The ultimate goal of IT solutions should be efficient yet simple enough to be used. By connecting sensors, devices and people, event organizers should consider whether the event tech tool is easy to operate, reliable and nearly invisible to the participants if you insist to launch those hi-tech for making the show digital and enhancing the audiences’ experience.

Technology always have been regarded as one kind of useful extras to improve efficiency  in our lives. But this consideration changed rapidly since the advent of wearable technology.

Currently, the innovation speed of high-end smart phones and tablet trend to slowdown. Wearable technology will become the pioneer in the technology market again and incentive itself step into the mainstream. Wearable products will be the next consumer electronic hot-pots which cover health, fitness and entertainment. The market size will outbreak in the coming years.

6.Offline Networking

Online working covers so broad in the modern life as many people have to rely on it in their work, which makes them feel mentally fatigue. As for emplyees, any exhibitions or conferences provide them a very good opportunity to get out of the online world they used to be and switch their mind into the real event and contact different people in traditional way. That means, for event organisers, this represent a tremendous opportunity how to engage the audience with more traditional activities such as simple storytelling or kinaesthetic exercises to enhance their onsite experiences.
