- Passkey is an online tool allowing event planners to have an own meeting website and customize themselves future events. Indeed, there is a dashboard where planners can see how many rooms and nights are booked for each group. This makes group bookings easier since planners can automatically upload their rooming lists. Furthermore, the meeting attendees have direct access to the platform (Passkey) and can modify their hotel reservation (choose upgrades, specific amenities and services) or even cancel their reservation.To sum up, this online reservation process permits planners to have their personal online space, with an automated rooming list which enables them to track the individual hotel bookings of attendees.
